As an ARD:
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to leader for all Retreat operations when the Retreat Director is away
- Set the standard — crush your own sales goals while helping the team hit theirs
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their best
- Build an upbeat, service-driven environment where guests feel valued and welcomed
- Consistently meet and exceed sales metrics
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of sales + retail management experience
- Experience managing hourly teams (you know how to lead people, not just processes)
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A people-first mindset with exceptional guest service instincts
- Solid computer skills and comfort with standard software
- Bonus points for industry experience
- A talent for training, coaching, and navigating tough moments with confidence

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
